Leadership Conference 2026 - EN

GROW DEEP & SPREAD WIDE

This Is Not Just Another Leadership Conference

This is a conference where leaders encounter God in ways that can’t happen through a screen. The prophetic will be active, the Holy Spirit will move, and hearts will be renewed through worship, the Word, and personal moments of connection.

It’s in the conversations over lunch, the unexpected meetings in the hallway, and the shared hunger for God that something deeper happens—something that shapes lives and ministries.

God is stirring something significant in Europe, beyond denominations or movements. This time together is part of that—an opportunity to be refreshed, realigned, and reconnected to what truly matters.

This year includes 2 special pre-conferences:
Church Planting Day & Kingdom Business Day
, not to be missed.

Come expectant. It may just mark your next season.

His vision is to found churches that are not just satisfied with finding fulfillment and salvation for their own sake, but are also determined to fulfilling their mission for and in our society. In his eyes, leadership and personality development are essential for individuals, but also for advancing the kingdom of God in our world. Gianni's passion is to encourage people to dream big, to think the seemingly impossible and then to take steps to implement their dreams, whether in church planting nationally and internationally or in the fields of business, education and politics.

Inspiring individuals to answer Gods calling and empowering them to grow and carry responsibility in the local Church and throughout every where of Gods Kingdom what brings Angela great joy.

CHURCH PLANTING DAY

PRE-CONFERENCE
05/03/2025 | 09:00am - 06:00pm

A day full of vision, real stories, and bold obedience.
For those done watching from the sidelines—and for those already knee-deep in the adventure.

You will go home knowing:
 I CAN DO THIS, TOO.

Who Is This Day For?

Church Planting Day is designed to inspire and activate.
It’s for pioneers, pastors, dreamers, and teams—and anyone asking,
"Could I really step into this?"

What to Expect

You’ll hear from people who have done it:

  • who have trusted God radically and made countercultural, bold decisions

  • who stepped into the unknown by faith

  • leaders who handed over successful churches to start again abroad

  • families who bring their children along on the church planting journey

  • singles, small churches, and risk-takers who believed God would show up if they said yes

More Than Just Tools

This day will give you insights and practical tools.
But more than that: you’ll gain boldness—and, quite frankly, the kick in the butt we all sometimes need—to move from dreaming to doing.

Whether you’re currently planting, feel called to plant, sending, supporting, or simply exploring—this day is for you.

—> Let your heart be stirred.

What we do throughout our careers may change—but as Kingdom people, there is a steadfast and resounding why behind it all.
It’s time to rethink the influence you’ve been given in the marketplace.

Influence Beyond the Pulpit

Many Christians believe true influence only belongs in vocational ministry. We beg to differ.
How will you bring God’s Kingdom into your work—right here, right now?

This day is for Christians who see business not just as a job, but as a calling to build God’s Kingdom.

What to Expect

  • Connect with like-minded leaders who share your passion for Kingdom impact

  • Learn from those who are already living it out—revealing God’s presence in their work

  • Discover practical ways to bring God’s Kingdom into your business and daily decisions

  • Meet special guests from Kingdom at Work—an NGO that grew out of Betenbough Homes in the USA, supporting entrepreneurs worldwide to build God’s Kingdom through their businesses
